Calathea Orbifolia is the statement maker of the Calathea family. Enormous round leaves marked with soft silver stripes make it feel bold but elegant at the same time. It brings a touch of drama without being harsh, and works especially well in calm, neutral interiors where its pattern can really shine.

A few house rules...

Orbifolia prefers gentle, indirect light. Too much direct sun will wash out its signature stripes, while low light can stunt its growth. A bright room where the sun never directly hits the leaves is ideal.

• Keep soil evenly moist, never completely dry
• Use filtered or rainwater if possible, tap water can cause leaf edges to crisp
• Loves humidity, so mist often or keep near a humidifier
• Reduce watering slightly in winter

• Moderate grower indoors
• Leaves can reach over 30 cm across
• Reaches around 60 to 80 cm tall
• Pet safe

Delivery is £5.99 and free on orders over £70.
