Tradescantia tricolor is a fast-growing trailing plant with vibrant pink, cream, and green striped leaves that catch the light beautifully. A few house rules...

Light

Tradescantia thrives in bright light and can handle some direct sun indoors. More light brings out stronger purple tones, while lower light turns the leaves greener. A windowsill or bright spot is ideal, as long as the sun isn’t too harsh.
Watering

Water when the top few centimetres of soil feel dry. Give it a good soak and let the pot drain fully. It prefers a steady routine.. not too dry, not too wet. Pinch back the tips occasionally to keep it full and encourage fresh growth.
