Golden Pothos is the definition of unfussy. Glossy, heart-shaped leaves with golden streaks make it eye-catching, and it will climb a moss pole or trail from a shelf depending on how you train it. It’s one of those plants that makes a space feel instantly lived-in and lush. Great for beginners, but still loved by seasoned plant collectors because of its versatility.

A few house rules...

Light

Golden Pothos grows in almost any light. Bright, indirect light makes the yellow variegation pop, while medium light keeps it steady but a bit more green. It can handle low light too, which is why it’s known as a survivor.

Watering

• Let the top half of the soil dry before watering
• Water deeply and allow excess to drain away
• Thrives in average household humidity

Important Info

•Fast grower in the right conditions
• Trails or climbs several metres indoors
• Not safe for pets
• In parts of the wild it can grow over 20 metres tall, earning its “devil’s ivy” name because it’s nearly impossible to kill
