We stand by our plants. Each one comes with a 14 day settle in period. If it doesn’t work out despite proper care, we’ll fix it. Contact Us using our form here
All Plants are covered by the 24 hour transit guarantee.
Please contact us using our contact form within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it free of charge, or refund if a replacement isn’t available.
If your plant doesn’t make it within the first 14 days, despite being cared for properly, we’ll send you a replacement or refund. Postage fees for replacement are shared equally by us and the customer.
Each plant comes with clear care guidance. To qualify for our guarantee, plants need to be placed in a suitable spot (light, temperature) and watered appropriately. If a plant shows signs of neglect (bone-dry soil, overwatering, or unsuitable placement), it won’t be covered.
Plants are non returnable (we can’t rehome them once they’ve left us). Non plant items like pots and accessories can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost.
Sale and clearance plants are final sale unless they arrive damaged in transit.
